How are Lanai Outdoor Cabinets Constructed?

Our European style cabinetry provides maximum accessibility for storage. Tops, bottoms, sides, and backs are made with rabbet joints to provide sturdy, solid cabinets.

Stainless Steel concealed hinges and hardware ensure minimal attrition and provide a 110° swing to the inside of the cabinet. Our cabinets are made with state of the art CNC (computer numerical control) machines that use maximum precision for smooth cut lines while utilizing the best optimization of materials.

Doors, drawers, all sides, shelves and toe kicks are made from 5/8" thick Ecopolymer Panels™.

Our Whisperglide™ drawer slides are also made from Ecopolymer Panel™ to prevent corrosion and ensure a lifetime of use. All drawers have stops so they will not fall out, yet still allow drawer removal for easy cleaning.

All edges are slightly eased to ensure smooth corners. Our cabinets have adjustable legs, can accommodate uneven terrain and provide access for cleaning. A traditional style toe kick made from 5/8" thick Ecopolymer Panel™ can be applied at your designer's discretion.

How are Lanai Cabinets Shipped?

All of our cabinets are shipped flat packed. This provides a more effective approach to lowering shipping costs versus shipping large bulky preassembled cabinets.

This shipping method also provides better job site management. Cabinets can be stored in a small area until they are ready to be installed.
